This is now my hotel when in Villahermosa. The staff here are incredible. I dropped my wallet and they made sure it was safe untill my return to the hotel. Room is great, clean and the beds are comfortable. Close to eveything you need with lots of dinning options.

Thank you all for your kindness! My family and I enjoyed our stayed, make sure to buy the breakfast buffet because the food is excellent, they have traditional Tasqueño cuisine and continental as well , waiter and staff were really paying attention to their duties, pool is great and clean, room are serviced daily.

The room was beautiful. Marble floors with lovely patterns. Marble table tops. The bed and pillow were so comfortable. There is a bathtub. We were on the club floor and enjoyed the food and wine with wonderful service. Very quiet hotel. Comfortable air conditioning.

The hotel was definitely the nicest one in all of Villahermosa. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The only small thing that bothers us is the refrigerators would not get cold. I even called maintenance and they said that is how they are. So you could not keep leftovers or even get a cold bottle of water.
