Our stay at this hotel was, for the most part, excellent. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was also perfect for what we had planned. We would have given this a five-star review, but the room was missing a refrigerator, which was a significant inconvenience during our stay. If a mini-fridge had been available, it would have been a perfect experience.

I wished that there was more support for non-English speaking clients but otherwise the property met our expectations for a hotel in Villahormosa downtown. The hotel is across the street from the start of the upgraded walking streets with shops and eateries. We chose to dine at the hotel to be safe. We were thankful for the cafe in the hotel. All of the staff was helpful and kind even though the langauage barrier was challenging.

It is an old building so they constantly have problems with the water pipes. The day we checked in at 1pm there was no water, and so we were until 6pm Approx. The attention of front desk people wasn't so kind. Includes breakfast. The restaurant staff is quite friendly.

Relaxing stay

Decent economic hotel. I appreciated the air conditioning as the city was very hot and humid. I’m traveling with 2 small dogs and the hotel was very accommodating. I didn’t care for the city if Villahermosa, very dirty and not pet friendly. Naturally, I spent all my time in the hotel.

As we say in the business: Location, Location, Location. This hotel is extremely well situated. Street that are people only abound. Stores and stores. Restaurant even if not great ones. The zocalo is 2 street corners away. You are in the center of the center. This hotel has everything: food, bar, reception. I enjoyed this trip at this hotel.

The prpoerty is nice🙃...very secure. There's a security guard 24/7. The restaurant has a good menu and the service is excellent. Hot water, the elevator, the house keepers and AC worked well all the time. Great downtown location. Plan to do your activities early. At night many bars open and that brings a different scenario, overall, I would stay there again, I do recommendations it.

Every time I make a hotel reservation thru Expedia I get the worst room the hotel has. And this time it was the same thing. First, the check in it took over an hour to get a room. They need it to get paid first by Expedia. Then I was giving a noise room on the second floor. it seems the hotel air conditioning system was outside the room. I asked for another room and Francisco gave me a room facing the local bars. The loud music didn’t stop until 5am. We got out of the hotel a left at 6am. Horrible place.

Do not recommend it.

Front desk charged us even though we prepaid for the room. I did not remember because it was a multiple stop trip, so I paid.Staff was horrible, Mariana needs A LOT of training. Room smells like cigarettes because people smoked in the room and left the cigarette butts by the window.Mattress was old, towels smelled like smoke too. Nobody seems to know what is going on. The only area in which the hotel was excellent, was the friendly and very helpful waiter at the breakfast. I will hire him any day!!!!
