Breakfast isn’t great. Variety. Rooms and bathrooms need updating. Bed is horrible. We stayed 2 different times in different rooms. Same results

Renaissance Santo Domingo Jaragua Hotel & Casino
You would expect better from the price you pay. The resort is very outdated. The campus is massive separate buildings. Odd layouts of the the rooms no outlets to charge your phone stains on the floor and very dirty all around

El Embajador, a Royal Hideaway Hotel
Excellent hotel. The property is well maintained and beautiful outdoor spaces. Location is great. Only room for improvement is the breakfast. It's not bad, but not on par with everything else.
