"Everything great except for the conditions of bathroom and bed linen. Duvet was stained and towels look and feel a little old. Service and attention of Valeria was outstanding! She was of great help providing ibuprofen when we arrived late and all the pharmacies were closed. She also provided a great recommendation for a near by place for breakfast this morning."

"Great place for getaway"

"We very much enjoyed our 2 night stay at El Santuario! The location is breathtaking. We went Monday through Wednesday, so the resort itself was pretty empty. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! The room was clean, the view was gorgeous, and the bed was comfortable. We went to the Spa and felt total bliss. It was magical. For any non-Spanish speaking travelers who come here, it's important to know some basic Spanish because we only interacted with a few staff that spoke English....
