It was a very unique or different experience staying here for one night but Angelo went out of his way to make sure everything worked out well even securing us a taxi the following morning to the train station. "We made this hotel our home base while exploring the amalfi coast. It is right across the Salerno train station which made it very convenient. The location of the hotel is also excellent -- 5 min walk to the ferries. 30 second walk to the downtown stretch of restaurants. Hotel is outdated but that's the charm. The elevator is small so you might need to take multiple trips with luggage. Room was good, no issues. Breakfast in the morning was really great and worth the time to enjoy before spending the day on the coast. Staff was very helpful with directions, recommendations, and checking in/out."

Our concierge, Carmine, was the most pleasant person to arrange your tours with, get transportation at any time and location, and his suggestions were outstanding. If you plan to visit Amalfi coast, do stay at this hotel, since it's located in the middle of the coast and you have quick access to all small towns within 15 minutes. We will return to this hotel for our next Amalfi coast adventure."

"This place is truly amazing!! The location is perfect for foot traffic throughout Salerno, including lots of shopping, the train station or even the sea. The area was also very safe late at night. The rooms were beautiful!! I was there in mid-August when temperatures were high and the humidity even higher, but my place was always perfect thanks to the wonderful air conditioning. There is a shared fridge with cold water bottles throughout the day (and night). Marco, the host, was a complete gentleman and always available if you have any questions or issues. He was a fantastic host and stayed in touch on WhatsApp to make sure everything went great. I wish I could rate my stay higher, but it was a perfect 10/10!! Literally everything about it was perfect for me. By the way, I stayed in the Gea room. I can’t speak for the other rooms, but if they are anything like mine, you can't go wrong. Thank you, Marco!!"
