โรงแรมและที่พักวิลล่า ชาพาร์รัล

"Facility was nice and well located for our needs. I would go back when in Yuma again. I had a couple of maintenance items which I told the front desk about - nothing significant."

"The hotel smelled and was dirty. There were lots of shady people just standing around."

"Stuff was amazing, place was clean. Pizza place and bar very convenient."

"The hotel is beautiful! It's only 3 years old, has all the amenities I needed, including front loading stacker washers and dryers. Front desk and breakfast staff was super hands-on and friendly. Great building access. Doggie waste station is a great add-on, too. The only room for improvement would be they could clean the pool and hot tub. But the setup was great! Overall it was a very nice visit we will definitely be returning."

"Front receptionist was very helpful and friendly"

"It's a nice place"

"I will say that the staff and the property were very good. There were a lot of other issues that occurred that made our stay… not that pleasant. There was a lot of noise from the room directly above us. We called the front desk to get them to stop, which thankfully they did. Then in the middle of the night there was a ton of yelling and talking out in the hallway that woke us up. The last thing that occurred was that around 6am, the was a fire alarm that went off and evacuated the entire hotel....

"Clean room and staff was great"

"Close to my dental work that was preformed in Mexico close to eating establishments and casino"
