Apartment with a view
Great views of the ocean. The apartment did have some problems e.g. there was no internet, we were assured that this was being sorted out. There wete also problems with Air Cons , lights and handles on cupboards had fallen off. Management were very responsive to feedback, and we suggested that someone should check the apartments to ensure everything was ok before the next guests moved in for their stay. Again, management were responsive to this idea.
Another suggestion would be to develop an information brochure outlining things to do, places to eat, taxi numbers, and English speaking Doctors numbers. I'm sure Casa Rex has this but it should be extended to the apartments.
The pool was really nice and well kept, however, i would advise guests to wear some form of swimming shoes, as nearly all the guests had cuts on the soles of their feet. I think it is something to do with the cetamic tiles in the pool.
