Lovely family stay! We had a wonderful stay at Quinta dos Perfumes. The room was spacious and the bed was big enough for the two of us and our 2-year-old. We loved the beautiful swimming pools surrounded by orange trees, and the bikes with a child seat were a great touch — we enjoyed cycling to the nearby town. Absolutely lovely place to stay. The staff are lovely. The room was right sized and clean. Every part of the common areas was also very clean. The breakfast was also very good with a wide range only options The only bit of a small bother was the location which is a bit away from the main attractions. This Hotel is a family run business with a focus on hospitality and friendliness. The room was adequate for what we wanted but was old fashioned with a small balcony. Everything else about this hotel was exceptional, the pool area, the breakfast, the cuisine all 5 star. Then you walk out of the pool area into the very well kept gardens and the ponds. beautiful hotel, excellent food, large rooms with balcony, wonderful sea views as hotel backs onto beach and pathway runs from hotel to beach, surrounded by beautiful green trees and shrubs. Lovely pool with spacious bathing areas. Staff were always helpful. Fairly quiet area as this is the only large hotel in this area, but lovely streets and restaurants nearby. Perfect relaxing holiday! Would definitely go again!

This was one of those places that is a pleasant surprise, not because of anything major, but because everything is done well, and without fuss or annoyance. The staff are friendly and helpful without being intrusive or overbearing, the hotel is clean and well maintained in both private and public areas. The food is good and the location is convenient for both local facilities and travel further afield.
