"It was nice staying there. Apartment was spacious, modern and well equiped. Manager Bruce and reception staff was very nice. House keeping was not good though. They didn’t clean room daily or when they did not properly. Overall it was a good experience."

"We loved hospitality and kindness of every one in the hotel, Lilly at front desk was super helpful with all advice we needed. She helped us to reserve amazing transportation in high end SUV with private driver as well. Food and service in restaurant is 5 star ! Delicious breakfast, Hotel is very clean and in great location. "Although there was some noise on from the 10th floor due to some construction in the dining area above our room, it didnt matter so much as it was during the day. The pool is a bit small and only two chairs next to the pool. The Sky Bar was bit of a let down, we only seen it open once in the 10 nights of our stay. but there are so many drinking places within a few minutes walk so wasnt a problem. The Hotel is on a busy main road but there was no noise from it in the room. The location was excellent all major tourist attractions are only a short walk away. The hotel staff were very friendly and always had a smile. When were next in Hanoi i will definatly choose this hotel again"

Your check in starts with the manager, Henry, who made sure to make sure our stay not just with their hotel, but n Hanoi, very pleasant."

"Absolutely amazing stay in La Nueva, really well places for walks to Old Quarter but for the service… wow, blown away. Super accommodating from start to finish, we are also celebrating my dad’s birthday which we didn’t tell the staff and they surprised my dad with a cake and greeting. Spa was exceptional and as the last thing. Our flight was at 7am in the morning and they organised transport and takeaway breakfast for us. What an amazing experience and can not recommend this place enough. When we come back best believe we’re coming back to La Nueva. Thank you!! "
