Excellent stay, very centric and clean

The location of the hotel is perfect, very centric, 1 min to the night market and great coffee shops and restaurants. The room was perfect, clean. The staff was very kind. I would really recommend the hotel as it is a perfect value for the price. We are really happy with our stay.

We were traveling as a family on holiday. This hotel was more than sufficient for our needs. The location was great, right in town near all things. Nalada was extremely helpful with making arrangements for train tickets and taxi. She also had great recommendations for things to do all over Laos, not just in Vientiane. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was excellent, communicative and responsive. The air conditioner in the room worked very well. The hot water was hot, which the desk clerk warned might take 30 seconds to reach temperature. The hotel is just two blocks from the airport bus stop. All in all it was a great stay and I would come back again.

A few blocks from LP's main commercial street. Room and bed was very clean and comfortable. Great hearty and generous breakfast options. But property is dated and needs an update. The only complaint was early morning traffic noise from the steeet facing room. Rooms in the back are quiter. Windows are single pane glass, whichvare common in Laos. I was fine with ear plugs. Friendly staff.

Stayed 3 nights room 306 then next night moved room 304. They’re very nice let me moved to another room. Room 306 problems water stains on the ceiling, bathroom shower is moldy, slow draining water from shower. Room 304 smaller than 306. Bathrooms not spotless has a little mold, I guess the humidity. Bed very firm, good pillows, TV got English Channel, TV need manual on /off, the remote not working at room 304, Weak WIFi, AC good, Hot water and pressure good, great location. Free simple breakfast.

Would have been a lovely stay but we had ants in the bed. We told reception and a lovely cleaner attempted to get rid of them. We came back from our day out and there were still ants. Hundreds of ants in bathroom too. (We know ants come with the climate but in the bed is unacceptable). Not impressed by this we went to ask for another room. We were given another room but we had to insist to swap rooms. Had some unnecessary comments made as well. They did book train tickets for us and breakfast was delicious.

I was disappointed for my stay. I booked 2 nights with a king bed with balcony and paid a little extra. The sink was leaking big so had to switch to a smaller room. Didn’t get any accommodations for moving to a smaller room with no balcony. The staffs are friendly but the rooms need a good improvements. I will not stay in this hotel again and am not recommend friends to stay.

The hotel staff were not particularly attentive. You were hardly noticed. Otherwise it was OK. For breakfast you can choose between omelette, fried egg or scrambled eggs. You also get a baguette with jam and some fruits, thats it. Was OK. The air conditioning in the room was too loud and only had one setting.

No smile should be accepted in Laos!

All the clerks gave us no smile and no words in service. It looked like a situation in China 20 years ago. That was sad to me. But they worked hard for my request. I appreciate it!

I booked this hotel on Expedia. Room was supposed to have King bed and balcony. The room they put me in has neither. Talked to front desk and he told me there was nothing I could do and that web site was lying. Very disappointed
