호텔스닷컴이랑 1년전에 계약이 끝났다면서 내폰에서 예약은 확인이 됐는데 예약이 되있질않았다면서 4인 패밀리룸을 안내 받았는데 창고방이었는지 신발매트에 오래 묶은 먼지들은 그대로고 욕실도 넘 더러워 우리 4인 일행은 아무도 씻지도 않고 그담날 바로 방비엥콜밴을 부탁했는데 시간이 되도 아무도 안나타나 급하게 들어온 택시 타고 터미날로 가고ᆢ몇달이 지났는데도 아직 와이페이모어 싸이트에는 디오비호텔이 있는데 와이페이모어측에서는 확인 좀 해보시고 다오비호텔이 뭘 근거로 저렇게 높은 평점을 갖고 있는지도 의문스럽네요 ㅜㅜ

transportation very costly from hotel to downtown

Laos is not prepare for tourism yet hotel is to far away from down town transportation from hotel to down town is more expensive than hotel stay rediculos

too far from town, isolate place

no others food stall or restaurant around the hotel. difficult to get taxi. moreover the room we booked was not available. according to the boss, they no longer offer that type of room. requested to change other type of room with additional charged usd20. not comply with our booking condition. midnight power faulty and all electicity supply stop. room and toilet not clean enough.

The owners is a couple with resident experience in USA. Though it's been some years back they were able to communicate in English.
