Gute Einrichtung, schlechter service
Der Zustand des Hotels und der Zimmer ist gut, der Service sehr schlecht. Die Angestellten am Empfang konnten weder Englisch, noch versuchten sie in irgendeiner Weise zu kommunizieren. Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet und sauber, allerdings waren einige Mücken im Zimmer.

Looks like a hotel from outside but not really one
We were not really welcomed, like, literally, there was no one to welcome us. The first room we were given had a lot of mosquitoes and we had no choice but to request for a room change. The second room was better but everything seemed worn and broken. The water heater works but we had to wait for about 2~3 minutes each time before it starts to kick in. When we checked out, we left the keys on the reception table. The staff didn't say anything to us - no thank you, nothing. It was as though we borrowed a room for the night, I mean, it didn't feel like a hotel experience at all.
