We had two rooms. The second room had some issues with the air quality. The train line runs next door and there may be some noise. Public transport connections are excellent. Price/quality ratio was exellent.

Overall property was good as well as parking was safe. We had an issue with staff not providing proper details or support related to our food needs and treatment form management was not to the par that I expect from a ING or Holiday Inn facilities.

Liked: location, tram line 2 stops near the hotel and takes you to main spots all the way to Josephstadt, cleanliness, large room, breakfast room and buffet, mostly friendly staff. Did not like: we were assigned a room for handicapped persons, huge room and bathroom. However no fridge, no luggage stand, no table or desk.

The hotel, and location was good. But the chubby lady in the reception was so arrogant, and not helpful at all! Ruined the experience for us.

A lovely 8 day stay. Breakfast was great and worth the price. Stains on the carpet and curtain so this knocks the cleanliness down And also due to construction on the main road the nights are loud. Worth getting ear protection. But, nevertheless staff were lovely and helpful.

The staff was great and helped me find a laundromat and whatever I needed. There are drinks and snacks available for purchase and if you don't get your room cleaned that day, you can get a free drink. Transportation is easy. You just hop on the number 2 tram to get around Vienna. The train station is just a block or two away.

I thought this hotel was great. The hotel and room were both modern. The room itself had enough room and we had our son with us and the extra bed for him was really spacious. We liked that there was a safe, internet and tv you could chrome cast to all included. The location was great as there was a tram line right outside but it was also only a walk to the beautiful Danube. The hotel staff were really friendly and it had a small shop of snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. I can definitely recommend it as a good base to stay for a Vienna visit and I would definitely stay here again.
