The staff were very welcoming and even did our washing as part of the service. Rooms were comfortable, with basic cooking facilities. Great location for exploring Vienna.

Great location, nice rooms, very friendly front desk staff. Thanks to the ceiling fans, it was very comfortable in the rooms despite the super hot weather. Being able to leave the luggage before check-in and after check-out was really convenient, too. We stayed with our two kids and having a separate room for them was nice. Would happily go back.

Great Service and great staffs

Very helpful and friendly staffs. The hotel is a great location just a few steps from major shops, restaurants and attractions. If traveling during summer, just note the hotel has not AC but it has ceiling fans.

I read the reviews and I knew they didn’t have AC but it was unbearably hot. I saw some say the fan was nice but it simply wasn’t enough. The room was a sauna. The location is nice close to the main areas but wanted to spend as little time in the room because of the heat

It’s ok - clean and convenient for the old town and shopping. There is a small kitchen area with fridge. Rooms not so good. Firstly we didn’t get the room we booked, we should have had two queen beds - ended up with a double and some singles, with a cot that wouldn’t fit in either of the bedrooms. Think student digs with fans instead of aircon. Good location but I regret not paying slightly more - not worth the 200euro we paid

Nice stay after initial issue

Want to start with the positives. Location is great, the 2 bedroom apartment we had had a small kitchen allowing us to cook some basic dinners and do breakfast in the morning. The rooms were very clean and decent amount of space in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Would recommend asking for a top floor room in the summer - these have Velux style windows with exterior black out blinds meaning no light comes in which is much better for sleeping and helps keep the temperature lower. We had this for our first night and really noticed a difference to the 2nd floor room we were moved to (although fans were provided in both rooms which was good). However the main reason for a mediocre rating was because upon check in we'd been downgraded to a 3 person studio as they had allocated our room to some other guests who wanted their 3 rooms next to each other. That evening we were told we could keep the room until the next night before changing (as was planning to be out for the whole day exploring Vienna) however the following morning we were told by the manager we had to check out that morning. That meant a rush to pack up before needing to be out for a pre-booked acitivty that morning. I was happy with how the property dealt with it in the end brining about a refund for the first nights stay and after that all was good.

Internet fraca, elevador não estava funcionando no primeiro dia. Quartos e banheiro são espaçosos, limpos e confortáveis, falta um pouco de cuidado com as louças que ficam no apartamento, preferimos não usar. A localização é ótima, por isso vale muito a pena. Da pra fazer muita coisa a pé ou pegar metrô/ Tran a poucos metros
