Teniamos la habitacion 401. La calefacción no funcionaba, el sofa cama malísimo, un colchón de 4 dedos de ancho. Habia polvo por todos los lados, incluso en el baño. La moqueta con unas manchas..... Nos quedamos 4 noches, pues la habitación solo estuvo bien hecha un dia, los demas, o el sofá cama no lo tocaban o las camas.... En el hotel, a partir de una hora no hay nadie en recepción. Bajabamos por la mañana y no habia nadie, llegabamos por la tarde tipo 18 o 19 y tampoco habia nadie. ¿A quien le decimos los problemas de la habitacion? Este hotel a mi no me ha gustado

Could use a friendly smile or greeting from the men working at the reception. And a clean room, no dirt on the floor and no lipstick on the drinking glass placed in the bathroom. The coffee machine placed in the breakfast room never worked - that was the worst!!! The tub was lovely though.

Nice staff. Good breakfast and lobby is clean and stylish. Front desk attendant was a gem. Was gaps in communication prior to arrival, and make sure you have a phone card for late check ins! You have to call a number when you arrive to get the code so you can get the key from the key box.

Lage für Städtetrip super, ruhige Lage, Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei (aber laut), Personal sehr nett. Zimmern sind hellhörig, es könnte sauberer sein (staubig, viele Griffspuren an Türen, Teppich voller Flecken,...). Sehr abgewohntes, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Waschtischunterschrank von Wasser aufgezogen, uralter Teppichboden im Zimmer. Frühstück ok, aber würde ich nicht mehr dazu buchen um das Geld (um die Ecke ist ein Billa). Würde es nicht für mehrere Nächte weiterempfehlen.

Staff were kind, and the location was very good for easy access to transportation. However, the facility was a bit outdated, especially the air-conditioning. It does have air conditioning, but it didn't quite work well enough. I had to keep the windows open with two extra fans even when 'airconditio' was at full blast. Avoid the facility during hot weather.

Worst experience of my trip. The room was old and dirty, the carpet had stains and dust. The toilet was disgusting. The worst part was the AC, which didn’t work, and it was 90F outside. We complained to the front desk and they told us the AC was old, and we could try other rooms. We checked 2, which were as hot as ours, so It didn’t make a difference. We saw similar complaints from last year, so I guess maintenance is not a priority to this hotel. There was a strong cigarette smell as well. I will not stay here again for sure.
