The room was nice and clean. The remote for the TV was a little hard to figure out. The lobby was very nice and comfortable for sitting and hanging out. There's a nice little restaurant in the lobby. There's no complimentary breakfast and no room service. The staff is very nice. There's a place for some fun right next door. There are also plenty of restaurants and places to shop close by.

Breakfast was not free. The staff is awesome ! The elevators were broken. The stairs were very far away and not clearly marked. I was staying with 2 disabled people who have bad knees and heart trouble. This was a really big deal for them.... Super inconvenient for us..

Great easy stay at Hilton Garden Inn Victorville

Great overnight stay and Highly recommend!! Great choice for the price and value. Room was very spacious. There is a family fun center next door to the hotel. Room was quiet and clean and the hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. Very convenient across the streets from stores and shopping. Have stayed here 3x before and my go to location. Thank you

The room was very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast taste by not free for me. When I questioned the front desk about breakfast, she was dismissive and curt. I know understand I had to pre-purchase it but I believe some people got it for free.

Great hotel room! Clean sheets and towels. Bed is comfortable enough. Great amenities in room: fridge & microwave. Staff is friendly, parking is free which is a great plus…and plenty of shops with restaurants around. The only negative is: walls are too thin, as you hear your neighbors foot walks above and you can hear the conversations on the side walls.

Great stay!

The hotel staff is perfection. I couldn't ask for a more professional and friendly crew. The room was very clean and comfy. It overall could use some sprucing up, but those small details would not stop me from visiting again.
