Then, we checked the room out and it was so damp and musty we refused it. Kindly, we were offered another room which was just as bad. We refused it as my wife has terrible allergies to mold and the like. We explained this to the property manager and he refused any sort of refund. So here we are 16 hours from home and no where to stay and we wanted to be within...

"Entire place dirty and falling apart, I refused to stay in our original room and asked for a refund and the staff was accommodating and let us look at another room that we check for cleanliness b4 settling in, 2nd room was cleaner but horribly outdated,still moldy cracks in bathroom and dirty looking furniture, to bad because its a good location:("

"The property is outdated and could use a lot of updates and repairs, but the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the views were fantastic. The food and drinks were great and reasonably priced. We had a lot of fun at the pool and met a few people from different parts of the country. Overall, our experience was great. My one suggestion would be to bring back the hot tubs. They need to update their Expedia page because a lot of the information is old and some of their amenities no longer...

"All the facilities are extremely outdated and need significant updating. The online pictures were not representative of the quality of the rooms and in my opinion misleading. I experienced rotes wood on door and windows, stained tub, blocked and rusted out walkways, poorly maintained parking lots and overall outdated conditions. I would not recommend a stay at this facility."

"Absolutely would not recommend this property. The pictures online show an outdoor and indoor pool area. The outdoor pool was not functional and large empty pool when you pull in. The security was my biggest concern. After checking in, I was told to enter through the back of building as that was closest to my assigned room. "Cleanliness is NOT a priority for this motel - gym stuck to the walls, clearly needed vacuumed, flies all over the place - it was cheap for a reason!"

"The standard room is nothing more than a Motel 6 set up and over $200/night. The doors are on an exterior walkway and have cracks that let in air, noise and light from the walkway outside. We could hear snoring and full conversations through the walls. The continental breakfast was breads and yogurt. The indoor pool was ok but only 3.5 feet deep and the only place to swim; the outdoor swim up bar was wonderful but you cannot swim in it. This is not a resort."
