Vermilion Crossing Packages (Flight + Hotel)

Our rooms were very clean, cool, and everything we needed was there. Staff were efficient and helpful.

Extremely disappointing stay. The central air conditioning did not work, and the only solution offered was a portable fan with a simple "sorry, that's just how the central AC is." Paying for a hotel room without functioning air conditioning is unacceptable. The hotel also hosted loud pool parties with music blasting at full volume for hours. Guests in swimwear were running through the hallways and lobby well into the afternoon, leaving water all over the floors. It felt more like a public recreation centre than a hotel, making it difficult to relax or enjoy the stay. Accessibility and arrival are also major concerns. There is effectively no proper hotel entrance for drop-offs. You have to get out on a busy main road, with a cycle lane separating vehicles from the entrance. Anyone with mobility issues or disabilities is forced to navigate traffic and cyclists while trying to reach the hotel with luggage, which feels both inconvenient and unsafe. Overall, the property falls well short of what I would expect from a hotel. Poor maintenance, excessive noise, and a poorly designed entrance made this one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I've had.
