"Very nice hotel. It was a bit difficult to get our luggage upstairs, but that’s understandable since Venice can be challenging to navigate with bags. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. They also held our luggage after checkout, which allowed us to enjoy our morning without having to carry it around."

"Stay at this hotel was top quality besides the fact that they ran out of slippers. The hotel was clean, substantial space in room and washroom. Location was great. Walkable distance to Santa Lucia and Piazzale Roma. San Marco 30mins walk away but a nice walk. Close to the Fondamenta Nove for ferries to Murano/Burano.
