"Very nice hotel. The location was great, especially if you take the train, as the hotel was just across the bridge from the train station.
The breakfast was nice and the staff even nicer.

"The rooms were spacious, elegant and clean. Modern design, and quiet.
The location was a 2 minute walk from Santa Lucia train station. It cancels the need for expensive water taxi, or crowded vaporetto, or labored walking with heavy luggage through narrow streets, up and down the steps of the bridges , to get to the hotel. It was hassle- free, and quite convenient for us, as we arrived by train from Rome.
From the hotel, it is a leisurely walk to… anywhere, including St. Mark’s Basilica.

"We found this to be a great location for our daily excursions. Our room overlooked a canal and had taxi and bus stops right outside. We enjoyed the hustle and bustle of Venice and felt we were in the pulse of the city. We loved waking to the sounds of the city coming alive. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Rakesh was very helpful and even completed a video call when we were arriving tired and in the rain to help us get to the property. He was responsive during pre-arrival contact...

"Excellent location for getting on, off and around the islands….close to ALL modes of transportation.
The staff were EXCELLENT.
The European split king mattress is aweful! Plenty of USB ports and power. Room lighting is awkward but the bathroom night light is good. Breakfast is confusing but if you are hungry get the “full breakfast” and order whatever you want …. Once you figure out what they have, it’s very good.
The TVs are a little dated but bring a HDMI and you can tap into the screen...

"We were very happy with our room, it was spacious and had everything we needed. It was clean, modern and beautiful with high ceilings and wonderful view of a courtyard leading to the grand canal. The location was perfect for us to reach shops and restaurants. We even walked to the crossing to San Marco in about 15 min. It was also easy to get to the hotel by taxi from the airport, it was only a 10 min walk from the drop off. The shower was nice and steamy with great pressure. No hidden fees or...
