The bedroom was clean and comfortable. However, the main bathroom was worn, and water pressure was low. We stayed during a heat wave and AC barely kept up. However, the staff was friendly. Download WhatsApp for check in. It was the best way to communicate with staff and get digital entry codes.

Place was very clean, the beds in the room are comfortable. I had a very good sleep. Davide, our host was very cordial and helpful with any concern that we had. Check in and check out were a breeze! Plus breakfast was good! The best cappuccino I've tasted!

David & his mother were excellent hosts. Cannot fault. Property was exactly as described in a very convenient location to Santa Lucia station. We travelled with two large luggage bags, only had to negotiate two bridges.Would happily stay there again without question. Served the best cappuccino at Brekky!

Our Venice Adventure

We arrived a little early so had to wait for 1/2 hour at the door. Luckily someone came out of the building and had a phone. We were let in and it was a little confusing with keys and key code but the place was very clean and nicely decorated and there was no musty smell which I had anticipated. A quiet neighborhood and just a short walking distance to the main sights.

Enjoyed our stay

Everything was great with the exception of lack of communication on the use of air conditioning. The host expected them not to be altered yet left the remotes out and no signs... got a little annoyed. Food great, perfect location, price good.

We didn’t like the quality of the furniture, the beds were effectively camp beds extremely uncomfortable, the shared bathroom had very low water pressure (zero one day). The towels and linens were very old and very used.

Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was quiet, easy to walk around, the host was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and plenty of room for our things. The shared bathroom was clean and not an issue with sharing it- never had to wait for it. Breakfast was delicious, we really enjoyed it.

This place has a shared bathroom, which I missed in the listing somehow. The shower has very low water pressure and seemed either dirty or just very run down. It was quiet when we were there, but I could see it being loud depending on the guests because of how loud it is opening and closing the bedroom and bathroom doors. No one was there when we came to check in, so we had to call and go through instructions on the phone, which was fine but not ideal. We only stayed one night and I honestly wouldn’t recommend, unless you’re trying to save a little money. It’s close to the bus/train station and the ac worked pretty well.

Sharing a bathroom wasn’t ideal to begin with, but the fact that the faucet wasn’t working properly made it even worse. Unfortunately, the other guests sharing the space were quite inconsiderate, which made the experience even more unpleasant. The bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was controlled by the owner, so the room was uncomfortably hot. I barely slept and was glad it was only for one night. Overall, it felt overpriced for the quality and comfort provided.

Great little B&B close to train station. Staff was very friendly & let us store bags until our room was ready. We stayed in the family room which was perfect for our family of 5. Nice air conditioning on a hot day! Shared bathroom with one other room which was fine. Breakfast wasn’t anything fancy but filled our stomachs as we headed out for the day. Overall, would recommend!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay in Venice very much. Davide was very helpful in providing all the information we needed. He replied even during very late night hours if we had questions. Breakfast was yummy and he does make the best cappuccino. We loved the home made cookies made by his mom and he was very kind enough to pack them for our day trip.

The property was perfectly placed on arriving in Venice, only a 10 minute walk from the station, although we did have trouble finding it using the directions on Hotel.com and Google maps but we phoned Davide who gave us details. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay in a beautiful building. Breakfast was very good and we were able to leave our bags for the day too once we had checked out. Would highly recommend. Only issue was the shower which had to be held in your hand.

The owners of the b&b were very friendly, however, the room was hot (they had an ac but the air was pretty much cover by an wardrobe, so the room was hot, plus every time we left the room, they would disconnect the AC. Sharing the bathroom with other people.. that was a no no. The shower was terrible. Hardly any pressure. For the price paid the room was not worth the value.

We were so excited to get to Venice Italy and stay the night there. This was a short trip from another spot we stayed in Italy so we just needed a place for the night. The person hosting the B&B text me and said he wouldn’t be there but to call him and he would give us a code to get in. That was no problem. We deserved the room for 4 adults and 1 child staying the child was 15. It clearly stated we needed 5 places to sleep. The room only had 4 places to sleep. I asked about missing a bed and he said I must have booked it wrong. Then I showed him on my reservation that it was for 5 and he said there was a mistake and to all just share a twin bed. We had a shared bathroom that the shower didn’t work. Our room was hot so I called him again to ask how to cool and he said he turns it on and off from his location and to call him when that was needed. So I asked him to turn in. At one point in the night he turned it off and it was hot and we had to call him again to turn on. I didn’t like having no control of the temp or settings. In addition the a/c drips water into the floor as it runs. He said in the morning breakfast was served from 8:30-10:30. We woke and went out at 9:30 and it was cleaned up and put away. He offered us toast after that. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

Fint boende, lite slitet men hyfsat rent. Svårt att hitta med en väldigt diskret dörr. Supertrevliga värdar, god frukost med supergott kaffe. Ligger perfekt i stan och nära tågstationen så en inte behöver släpa väskorna så långt.
