Very nice place. Service was a bit confusing, it seems there was a staff shortae. Breakfast did not have replacement, and few options were available. Very nice and comfortable room.

The Satff were ever so helpful and friendly. The place was an old mill so gas a bit if history associated with it which adds to us flavour. It is very clean tidy and the sheets as crisp as an icy winters morning. The setting is delightful and fills you with a sense of calm. Recommend this to anyone who wants to visit the bustling city by day and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside at night. From Venice city to Antico Mulino is a €50 taxi ride organised by the hosts. Really lovely staying here.

They don’t actually have laundry service and the Restaraunt was closed so no food. The bikes they gave us were ancient, falling apart and had no breaks. However, one of the front desk ladies was nice and it’s pretty clean.

I had three rooms for my family. The people were helpful and nice. This is avery old and dated hotel. The beds are super hard and uncomfortable, the rooms are very small, rhe showers are tiny and hanndles are falling broken. There was mold in all the bathrooms, the internet did not work, the lights went out all night but the attendants leave at midnight so we could not get them back on until the morning. The hotel is also inconveniently located in the middle of nowhere.

The staff here are amazing. They are all very friendly and as accommodating as they can be. They gave great recommendations and were very pleasant to chat with. The room was awful though. No aircon working, so we had to leave our window open, or sweat to death. Other guests were very noisy, bugs kept coming in the room, and we were still too hot. Only 1 spare plug socket in the whole room. Had to ask for an extension cable to be able to charge our phones. Not spacious, not comfortable beds, no kettle (had to ask for hot water in the mornings to make tea), cramped shower with badly placed controls so you can't move around, toilet sat on an angle. All kinds of stupid issues that made for an overall unpleasant stay. But for the amazing staff, we would have left and found somewhere else after the first night.
