Great stay- we were kindly upgraded to the apartment, which was lovely. Fantastic location, very easy and quick to walk to all main parts of Venice. The breakfast had lovely views over the river and was a good selection of fresh and tasty food. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Amazing Hotel.

We loved our stay here! Room was very nice. Had a wardrobe closet, very comfy bed. Window opened, bathroom was amazing! The ONLY thing is that there is no elevator. You go up 72 stairs to get to reception, but we knew this and did not mind. Reception was so accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was delicious with a gorgeous view of the Grand Canal! Just down from Rialto bridge. Water taxi stop H10 drops a few feet from hotel. Highly recommend! So worth it!!

What a splendid view over Canal Grande

Distinctive and cosy hotel at the 3rd (4th?) floor (without a elevator) in a very old building located at Canal Grande in the oldest part of Venice. Splendid view over the canal from the restaurant. It could not be better! Perfect located for a visit to Venice.

100% recommended

We have just enjoyed 4 nights stay, we got upgraded to an apartment due to someone else cancelling and the room was amazing , couldn't have asked for a better location, views of the rialto bridge and the morning gondalas whilst enjoying breakfast. All staff very helpfull and polite especially the guy serving the lovely breakfast each morning.

Lovely stay

What I dont like on my stay is they always know when the guest is going out and going in. They are also very strict with visitors. But if you’re okay with that, the place is very clean, comfortable and cozy. Friendly receptionist.

It's My Second Time In Here!

It's my second time staying here. Compared to all other hotels with the Grand Canal view, nothing beats this hotel's price. The only downside is you have to be ok to climb long narrow steps as the hotel is located on top of the building without any elevator (it's an old building). But of course, the top view is the best!

It is located near the Rialto Bridge by the grand canal, a very beautiful place. The water bus to tourist attractions and airport are very close by. Restaurants are everywhere and the upscaled shopping mall is by the Bridge. Rooms are very safe, beautiful, Venetian, classic, roomy, very clean, comfortable. The free breakfast was our favorite too with so many options and the staff waited us like in a restaurant. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to allow us to store our luggage after we checked out so that we have more time to see Venice We love this hotel.

This is an amazing and beautiful location. From our room, the view was outstanding. If you’re overlooking the canal, it can get a bit loud on the water, but it adds to the overall experience. If you don’t like or cannot climb stairs, then do note you must go up three long flights. The breakfast was convenient and good, just a little pricey at 15 euros a person. Overall recommended!

The only knock on this hotel is it is on the 4th floor with no elevator. There are 70 steep steps to climb the stairs with luggage. The hotel did inform us but the reality was more than we thought it might be for people in their mid sixties. Otherwise a great place with great staff If you don't mind stairs this is a definite excellent place to stay.

Beautiful vintage room that overlooks the canal. Operable windows with shutters. Small bathroom, but it’s clean and works. Very touristy spot, but you know where you are! Rialto bridge is visible from rooms facing canal. Excellent breakfast. On the top floor, so good bit off stairs up and down. Little daunting with luggage. (pack light!!) Vaparetto lines 1&2 drop very close. Line 1 allows to walk in from back streets, avoiding the crowded canal and Rialto bridge. Lots of great little shops on this route.

Convenience and Comfortable.

Convenience location, Close to Liberta bridge. All staffs are nice, room is quiet and comfortable. I didn't mind steps up to the front desk because I had only my backpack, I didn't carry my luggage. but if you inform that on first page on homepage, It would be much kindness for all of us.

the only issue was the 4 flights of stairs getting to the front desk. it was a challenge. 😮‍💨😮‍💨 anyone with mobility issues or older (like us) will find it diffucult. lovely once you are there.
