Really good location and not too bad of a view. It says that they have spa, but you have to pay individually for any single of the amenities and had construction a room away from ours in the morning.

I was fortunate to have Room 501 with two big windows looking over the whole gorge and fortress area. Ask for this room! The only downside was that it was a very hot room and the air conditioner does not work,however leaving the windows open cooled the room,and it is high enough above the street to not be too noisy.

施設が古く、4つ星ホテルのような高級感やスタイリッシュ感はない。地下一階のプールは薄暗く雑然としてて、プールの奥に業務用の洗濯場もあり、リラックスはできなさそうな雰囲気。ホテルのフロントサービスはチェックアウト後もソフィアまでのタクシーを手配するなど、色々面倒みてくれたので、よかった。

Tired

Top dollar for a very dated and tired hotel Located in a room adjacent to lift, so very noisy Even the remote on the tv was taped together The shower head was missing the cover, the shower hot flow was interrupted with cold blasts presumably when hot water was required elsewhere Views abysmal Breakfast poor Would be a desperate situation that had me stay there again

The photo on website is way off the mark.

We were very disappointed. Parking was hopeless, front of hotel in narrow back street with the so called pool and bar up 4 flights of stairs ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE ROAD. Can’t think how they took the photo for the web No lift either to get to pool. We thought had it been honest in description we certainly would have looked elsewhere.. no use whatsoever for someone with any infirmities, not even handrails at entrance Restraunt...no menus Reception gave us a printed sheet in Bulgarian of the town Very poor for a so called 4 star....however it could be made nice with a bit of thought

Not what I expected

Nice entry. Parking garage = great. Our room= outdated furnishings; shower door needs repair. Not what I expected for a 4 star hotel.

Premier service here

This hotel was sraffed by friendly people who were most helpful. It is in a very convenient location which made life easy for us. We were able to book this at the very last minute as we had originally booked at the Interhotel which we left before staying the night because it was so terrible. Hotel Premier more than made up for that and we would stay here again.

Great and convenient location

Overall it was OK. Great location and walking distance to everything. We didn't like the cleaning schedule which was around 2:30PM. You come back to your room after being out all morning and want to relax for an hour, but at the same time the cleaning service comes. So you have choice to go out again or stay in the room and let them change the towels only. Our bathroom (room 403) had a tub problem and after taking a shower you have to walk through a pond on the floor to get to the sink and toilet, which wasn't pleasant experience. We have a picture as a proof. Also the AC had no control from the room and it was around 78°F inside....too hot for July.

Great Hotel in central location

We hiked from here to Arbanasi visiting Saint Trinity monastery along the way using a route uploaded to our smartphone.The countryside was very lush & full of wildlife. The Hotel is great value for money & has a rooftop pool if you need to cool off.

Great hotel.

Beautiful hotel with a great view of Mt Vitosha. The staff was friendly and helpful. Not a whole lot around but we had a car so no biggie. Just a short cab ride to the center.

Less than 4 stars.....

Best location - right in the center of the city with all the good restaurants & shopping. And THAT's all the good.... The bad: basic breakfast ; no slippers & no way to regulate the room temperature - at night the temperature was just 3 degrees outside......

Great location easy walk to all the attractions restaurants supermarkets etc The gave us an upgrade and we stayed at room A8 on the top floor with amazing views Good wifi everywhere and great Tv channels selection

Nice city centre hotel close to amenities

The Hotel was comfortable and the staff nice and very helpful. The buffet breakfast was a little predictable and you had to ask for fruit juice and the bread to be toasted, instead of it being available. The hotel was in a back street and therefore quite quiet, but they did provide a free car parking service as the hotel car park is in the building opposite and can become a little congested. There are some good town views from the roof- top swimming pool but no towels were provided, you had to use your room towels which were then wet when you required a shower after the pool. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms and therefore would not class the hotel as four star hotel.
