Room was small but clean and nicely arranged. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. The only problem was the lack of restaurants. Almost nothing there.

This is a hotel that you stop at to sleep for a few hours and then get back on the road. The sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, it served it's purpose. Yes, the room has an odor, it's super old. I didn't use the shower or anything else in the room. If you want nice amenities stay in Amarillo. This is in Vega, TX population 900 people. I appreciated that the hotel was well lit inside and outside. They accept pets, but have no where safe to take your dog out.
The only thing nice I can say, the bed was clean and comfortable. The room was pretty disgusting. Sink nearly clogged. Scared to take a shower, as I was sure how clogged the drain was. Breakfast was cold and stale. Orange juice was good. I would recommend not staying here.
I chose this hotel for its close proximity to the highway. This was a quick stop over and we had a great time. For being so close to the highway it was very quiet. Rooms were clean and very roomy. I would choose this hotel again when we are nearby.

Just what we needed for one night. No frills, comfy bed.
The Room was Clean and the Staff was kind .. the only thing was I didnt Think they had enough parking.. because they’re was big trucks that were using more then one spot .
After staying at Days Inns that were motels, this Days Inn hotel was wonderful. This was particularly nice since outside the hotel was a large, rather loud gas station. Hotel's late-night staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Breakfast limited, but included waffles you could make yourself.
Rude lady on reception (Christy). Room dirty. Net curtains filthy. Stained sheets. When I went and asked for new bedding, she couldn’t even be bothered to stop her cell phone conversation! Went and got bedding, just handing it over the counter without a word. Changed the bedding myself. Then a Cockroach ran across the room. Husband reported it to receptionist, who just said she’d ‘log it’.
You advertise warm hospitality, clean, comfortable rooms where everything works (the WiFi was very intermittent and not ‘high speed’ as advertised in reception).
The pool was out of action, which was not on the booking site!
Breakfast poor. The only saving grace was the shower was very good.
If you want a place to sleep, this is your place! It’s quiet and close to Amarillo. But the hotel needs major updating. When I booked this trip, I was happy to see that they had a pool. But going there and talking to staff, the pool is shut down for maintenance, really looks as though the owners does not want to pay for the repairs and upkeep for it. Our room had plaster and paint peeling off and it looks as though the bathroom floor was missing grout. The shower walls were painted and yes the pain is coming off and the shower spout was loose and I was afraid to use it because it was flimsy. Light pollution on the west side of the building will keep you up if your a person who needs to sleep in the dark. The staff was great, helpful and nice.

There was an odd smell in our room. Seemed like a smell from the carpet. But rest seemed clean, breakfast was good, and staff was friendly and busy cleaning.

Ok
Room smell was that of weed. As an asthmatic it was difficult to breathe. Other than that everything was ok for a place in a remote location.
The room smelled bad of cigarettes. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. It was a little run down but quiet and I slept good. The breakfast lacked. There was only some eggs, biscuits with no gravy and bread to toast. There were a few yogurts. The coffee was good.
