Looks good from the outside but pretty average inside. Parking is not nearly enough for the guests of the hotel. The room has a weird setup with the sink in the middle of the room and the bathroom only has a small curtain to separate it from the room.

Horrible staff, unhelpful for your prices I was shocked to have zero small bottles in room and to be charged for one coffee pod, using your in room machine which failed to heat water and then having an employee chase me through the parking lot for one Euro after just paying €254 for two rooms for one night. Rooms were sparsely outfitted, tv’s were far too small and channel selection very limited. Overall, a one star rip off. Recommend that the owner try a night in his property to see how bad it is

Das es kein abgeschlossenes Badezimmer gab, ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.waschbecken neben dem Bett. Dusche nur mit Vorhang vom Zimmer abgeteilt. Das Frühstück außerhalb des Hotels ist etwas sehr dürftig.aber für ein 2 Nächte kann man dort übernachten.

Wenn die Zimmer gereinigt werden sollen, muss man darum bitten. Von allein passiert es nicht. Anfänglich war sehr schmutzig. Nach der ersten Reinigung ging es dann wirklich gut. Die Poolanlage befindet sich 600 m entfernt. Das ganze ist nicht richtig ins Hotel integriert.

Die Zimmer waren sehr grosszügig und gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und alles funktional. Personal sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Im Hotelkomplex mit Aquahouse Zugang und Vergünstigungen hat es auch diverse Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten, eine Bar usw. Sehr zu empfehlen. Einzig störend sind die Zimmer gegen die Strasse, welche ab und an sehr "belebt" ist. Gerne wieder...

Hot water issues

There was no hot water - neither tap nor shower. What frustrated us most wasn't the fact there was a problem to be solved but the receptionist attitude and slow reactions. It took around 2 hours to find out the issue is much more than us not knowling if the boiler is on/off (??!!) and give us another room! Two hours wasted in the morning of what could have been a great day at the sea!

The hotel is really nice. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable. It is 3 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from Aquahouse. The hotel is also very clean. The staff is in general friendly and helpful.

Nice location close to the beach. The entrance and parking was a little hard to find due to it's location within an outdoor shopping complex. The rooms were basic, but clean. Not the most comfy bed, but the building was new, and the staff was helpful. Overall good quality for the cost.

We decided to go to Varna for the Weekend, the hotel is very good for what you pay. The most important is that the people working there is so friendly. The manager to is extremely nice and helpful. I find that many bulgarian hotels could learn from this hotel. In friendlyness and when it comes to hygiene.

The hotel is new with modern and spacious rooms. It is worth noting that there are no amenities, but the hotel provides access to a nearby spa center and discounted breakfast at a big nearby hotel, which somewhat compensates that. Cleaning was a bit inconsistent and we had to ask a couple of times for our room to be cleaned. Otherwise location is great and we enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional Primorski Hotel

We had an amazing time while staying at Primorski Hotel and Saints Constantine and Helena. The service at Primorski Hotel was excellent everyone was extremely helpful. We needed to print few pages and the manager Vasilena went out of her way to help us. The hotel has excellent location to the beach and the rest of the resort. The hotel itself is exceptional, clean and well maintained.

A peace of Mind hotel stay

Ich hatte einen wirklich sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Primorski. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Fernseher und Minibar sind natürlich vorhanden und W-LAN ist inklusive. Alles ist neu, das Hotel hat insgesamt einen modernen Stil und die Zimmer haben keine Teppiche, sondern schöne Holz-Laminatböden, was ich persönlich auch viel schöner und hygienischer finde. Einen kleinen Safe für Wertsachen kann man bei Bedarf günstig separat mieten. Die Safes befinden sich nicht auf dem Zimmer, sondern unter Kamera- und Personalaufsicht bei der Rezeption. Im schönen Innenhof gibt es bislang noch nur wenige Geschäfte, da halt alles noch so neu ist, aber es gibt bereits vor allem ein schönes kleines Café mit leckerem Cappuccino und kleinen Snacks wo man im Innenhof gemütlich sitzen und die Sonne genießen kann und in etwa 5 Minuten ist man auch bereits am Strand oder zum Beispiel beim Hotel Astor Garden, wo man für umgerechnet 5,50€ als Gast des Primorski vergünstigt vom Buffet frühstücken kann. Das Personal des Primorski ist 24/7 wirklich außerordentlich und bemerkenswert freundlich und hilfsbereit!!! Ich werde sehr gerne wieder hier buchen, wenn ich im nächsten Frühjahr wieder nach Varna fliege.
