Could be nice if the customer service improved

Reception were poor. We were asked to email arrival time, we did that for 3pm check in time. When we arrived we were told the room wasnt ready and would be 20 to 30 minutes, in fact it was over 90 minutes sitting in reception waiting. When youve been travelling all day it is the last thing you want. Apartment was fine, but the list of stripping the beds, etc,etc when you leave was not very pleasant. Would not return.

Appartamento pulito e molto ben organizzato: noi eravamo in quattro adulti più un bimbo di 4 mesi e siamo stati comodissimi. Posizione eccezionale, con il centro a meno di 10 minuti a piedi. Facile parcheggiare nelle vicinanze, anche gratuitamente. Qualora dovessimo fare un nuovo viaggio a Vannes, di sicuro lo prenderemmo in considerazione

Bien situé. Excellent accueil des gens du Best Western Appartement avec bon espace. Lit confortable Semble bien insonorisé mais difficile de bien évaluer car nous y étions hors saison Cuisinette avec les fonctionnalités essentiels. Ils vous fournissent un kit très de base pour débuter votre séjour mais vous devrez acheter savon à vaisselle, papier de toilette et autres pour continuer au delà de 4-5 jours Garage très pratique

L appart hotel est tres confortable et propre mais mal.insonorisé et j ai été très gênée par le bruit de voisins : la premiere nuit tolérable mais la seconde nuit neaucoup de bruit jusqu à minuit puis 3 heures et 5 heures du matin )

Bon séjour

Appartement fonctionnel et bien placé pour visiter Vannes. Bon état global. Le chauffe-eau situé dans la chambre fait du bruit la nuit, penser à prendre des boules quies. Pas de digicode pour accéder au parking mais un interphone, du coup, il faut que la personne de la réception soit disponible pour ouvrir la porte.

Pas de place de parking proche( payante ou non ) eau bouillante ..avec de jeunes enfants très dangereux je trouve. Dessous de douche pourri, poignée de porte chambre cassé...Alors oui proche de vieux Vannes donc top ..mais pour le reste non je ne recommande pas.
