When I come to Vancouver I stay several days. Eating out gets expensive so it's nice to have a microwave and fridge. Staff is extremely helpful. Property is old but clean.

I hadn't got all my days to stay correct and the staff helped me right away so I got my reservation correct. My dog is allowed and I'm a senior so stairs are difficult. They made sure I was on the ground floor. The building is old but it is clean and close to eating out and shopping. I love to stay here.

Overall good. Older property so the age shows. Stayed here before and the experience was fine. There are homeless people around so a little nervous at times. But would stay again.

Light didn't work in bathroom, not clean in this hotel. scraches all over foor and walls chairs, tables. bed was itchy had no blankets on bed, very old and a lot homeless people around.
