We booked the Kingston primarily for the purpose of attending the Bruno Mars concert. The location was great for attending the concert and for a quick trip! For the price and nearby attractions it was overall, a great hotel :) We were hesitant at first due to it’s historical charm however, we found our stay very comfortable!

This is a budget friendly hotel in downtown vancouver. The building is old but well maintained. This is perfect if you want to tour in Vancouver and head to the hotel to rest or refresh. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Bus stops and train station are walking distance. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Great little hotel for checking out downtown Vancouver and catching an event at BC Place Stadium. It was very quaint and clean and staff was friendly. Doesn't have some of the amenities offered at more expensive hotels but a good lower cost option for short stays. Missed having a coffee maker in the room but they offer free coffee/tea for guests on the main floor and there was a Starbucks just around the corner!

After a long day of travel and some bad luck with a broken window. Just before check in, the staff was very helpful to get my vehicle safe in a parking and was incredibly helpful and kind in getting the process as smooth. And easy as possible. the front attendant at the time name Sia was incredibly helpful and knowledge of the world of the area.

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful with any requests. The hotel has a feel of a historic inn that was interesting to explore. It is located in walking distance of different sights. Our room was clean. It was small with only a double bed, but worked well for my husband and me. The air conditioner worked great and the area was quiet at night. We didn’t have any problems getting a taxi early in the morning for a 6:00am flight with the help from the front desk.

The staff were excellent and the service was great. The separate bathrooms were annoying as there was no sink in them and you had to go all the way to your room to wash your hands and it was quite noisy throughout our stay.
