Exceptionally rude and abusive staff.
According to the website, check-in is from 14.00.
Room not ready on arrival at 16.30 despite having checked in the day before online as requested and estimated our arrival time to be between 15.00-18.00.
First room had cleaning staff in it who were rude when we had the audacity to walk in wondering why the door should have been left open.
Second room given had not been cleaned properly, there was litter on the floor and the door lock broke on entry, which prompted the cleaner to shout at me in French in an abusive manner.
Third room was missing the coffee machine advertised on the website and the safe did not work.
Hotel lift was broken, so we had to carry our bags up the stairs to the third floor.
Breakfast buffet would have been good if food was replenished, but this was not done when things ran out so the remaining choice was minimal.
Nobody cared.
As well as shouting at us, the cleaner also spoke about me in French to the reception staff in an extremely insulting manner in the mistaken belief that I didn't understand what he was saying.
Absolutely dreadful, do not waste your money.
The male cleaner needs an anger management course, retraining or dismissal; he was absolutely vile towards us."
