"Was told upon arrival that they no longer had a room for us hut that they had made sure to book us a room at another hotel. We were then sent to another hotel and was not provided the accommodations we booked so there was not a bed for my son. Will never book with them again."

"Room was great and nice but no restaurant was open but the food court and it took forever. Very limited menu. We had breakfast at Route 66 diner and it was wonderful…the people and food were so great! Nice place but they need at least one restaurant open during business hours! This is a awesome hotel ..."

"Nice place, quiet! No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms, that was a drag! For over 230 a night, that's wrong! Even the cheap motels have refrigerator! And microwave! Beyond that, nice and quiet, and safe! After all, this is Tulsa, it's a nice place to relax! Going back in July for a car ..."
