"The staff is friendly . I was disappointed that the Crows Nest was closed . There are so many people in town . I had looked forward to going to The Crows Nest 😔 Why do they close during the summer and there busy season ?????????"

"Was very impressed with room size and comforts. Staff we dealt with were all good at their jobs. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Two free drinks in lounge between 5:30 and 7:30 was a nice touch"

"I was staying a single night before taking the train in the morning. 15 minute Taxi ride to the airport and 5 minute Taxi to the train depot. Several restaurant choices in close walking distance. Staff helpful and polite. "

"The staff truly made the stay, welcoming, warm and kind. The breakfast was great as well and area is convenient. The rooms were clean and spacious. To get into the hotel after hours must use key and there was security which is uncommon for hotels we’ve been to but it didn’t feel unsafe. Perhaps extra precautions? But would recommend "
