Bij aankomst kregen we een upgrade en een welkomstdrankje, heel leuk! Alles was positief, F&B was soms wel langzaam of dingen gingen fout maar ze zijn heel vriendelijk. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly! Rodrigo did an immaculate job cleaning our room, and always attended to our needs. The hostess at the restaurant (Gigis) was very pleasant, as well as all the waitstaff. Meals, including our breakfast which was included daily, were wonderful.
