Great stay! Reserved the panoramic room for the weekend, and it didn’t disappoint. Very cute hotel. Would definitely stay again. The property is center and close everything in the valley! Easily accessible.

The customer service at this property was very nice and helpful but what was very upsetting is I did not get the room I paid for in the picture. We had an awful view of the bottom room rooftop with satellite dish in the way. The room looked nothing like the room in the picture there was paint marks on the floor and was not inviting .

I loved how quiet and clean the property was. The staff was very friendly and helpful for any questions we had. They even asked us about everything during our visit. This was the perfect getaway to unwind and enjoy some cooler weather during the summer. My only challenge was finding it from the highway. I would recommend a sign telling you where to turn off. Minor issue but would help others. Keep up the excellent work and I will be back to visit this place again in the future.

The property is rustic but beautiful. It is perfect for a wedding or event and you could take over the whole property. It was a little too cold for the pool but I’m sure the summer is lovely. There are only 3 cabins, up a lot of stairs. My calves got a great workout! There’s also many other rooms around the property. It’s not luxury but it’s clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful but you’ll do better if you can speak some Spanish. We had a girls trip in early April (off season) so there’s a couple things to note. The restaurant is not open and getting an Uber was almost impossible. We were able to walk to a local restaurant Jesusa (which was delicious!) We found a local wine tour and were able to hire the driver to take us to dinner most nights. There are many fabulous restaurants near by like La Justina, Finca Altozano, Oja Valle. We also walked to Contemplación Hotel and Spa for massages and spa time. Overall, I enjoyed this hotel and the entire area. It felt relaxing and everything we ate was amazing and everyone was met was friendly.

Misleading pictures. Everything is run down. The jacuzzi is a knee high inflatable that fits a few kids. Stayed in bungalow. Water was like warm at best. Large rental house right next to use, partying all night, we had to call management before they spoke with them about noise level at 10:30 pm. Even blasting music from pool until late afternoon is too much, you hear everything from bungalow. At night, you hear gears of semi trucks- NO PEACE AT ALL. We just wanted to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine...lost a our 3 day weekend opportunity to relax.

No se los recomiendo. Busquen otra opción. No tiene personal disponible. Tienes que estar marcando a un número si algo se ofrece. No limpian a menos que lo pidas. Coladera y lavabos tapados. Cama taaaan blanda que te hundes y despiertas súper adolorido. La habitación no tiene TV. Habitaciones de tabla roca, todo se escucha, todo es toodo. Peopiedad descuidada. Tiene un kiosko lindo, nada más. No volvería.
