We are deeply sorry that this was your perception of what happened, since it was explained to you that there was a festival in Valladolid and unfortunately it was out of our hands to solve it, however, the noise came from outside our facilities, in the distance, not from next door, we do not allow parties inside the hotel under any circumstances. It's important pointing that you were the only guest who complained about the noise and, nevertheless, when you left the hotel refusing to pay for your consumption, we were understanding with you . Unfortunately, at no time did you mention that there were spiders on the ceiling of the room, since we could have solved this situation quickly.We are saddened that all of our efforts to provide you with an outstanding hosting experience have been diminished for reasons through no fault of our own.
