Llegamos y la alberca estaba en reparación, no había agua en los baños, ya que estaban cerradas las tuberías por mantenimiento de la cisterna o tinaco. El habitación no contaba con toalla de manos , el jabón dispensador estaba vacio, la toalla corporal estaba en malas condiciones (muy rota), en la noche no había personal en recepción y no había seguridad, las cortinas eran muy delgada y teníamos un faro afuera por lo que no podíamos dormir por la luz que llegaba, con cortina o sin cortina era lo mismo de tan delgada que era , en la noche bajó la temperatura y la cama solo tenía una sábana delgada, no había algún cobija o algo más . El agua tenía mal olor y la presión de agua era deficiente La atención de recepción muy amable.
