Staff is helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. All the areas were clean even though there is remodeling going on, which makes the entrance a bit tricky. All in all, it was a comfortable stay.
Room was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Staff extremely friendly & helpful on arrival & departure.
Restaurant food & wine was amazing also.

Excellent, friendly staff. I couldn't get over the size of the room - particularly compared to the room I stayed in (briefly) in Salamanca.
I should stay that there are building works going on at present designed to enhance the entrance to the hotel. Everything was clearly signposted and did not interrupt my stay. The hotel is already very spacious so I can't imagine what it will be like the works have been completed.
The hotel is situated about a 15 minute walk from the centre of the city, the tapas bars and restaurants. Very easy to get to as the river will be your guide.
Staff were very friendly, great location, nice room, clean and comfortable, Dog friendly, spacious room. Good location, easy walk to centre. Secure parking. Good value.
My room was so hot that I was sweating, the A/C wasn’t working and they only had one other room available nd it was just as warm so I stayed in my room and opened the windows wide all night which kind of evened it out. Late in the evening someone stepped in to my room and woke me up, apparently the man at the front desk had given the person my room not knowing I was in it. Early in the morning the cleaning people just stepped in to my room again which was a bit annoying. The four people at the front desk just laughed when I brought it to their attention. First night I bought an americano coffee that was 2.95€ which felt a bit much for what tasted like a cup of warm water with a slight coffee taste.
On the positive side the hotel building is very nice and the breakfast is excellent.
The hotel was very welcoming for the eclipse, providing us with viewing eye ware and a bottle of wine. They also suggested the best viewing spots in the city. But the place is under construction and renovation so many basic amenities are missing such as toilet paper holders, hair dryers and coffee makers in the room. But our room was spacious and comfortable nevertheless. Prices for the room were nearly triple the normal rate due to the eclipse and there was only street parking due to the renos.
Stayed for work, I found this very easy to get to as I was driving and didn’t want to be in the city centre traffic. Nice staff and the city center is very close by.

Brilliant
Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff. They welcomed our dog.
Great hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and clean as was the reception area. We were able to park right in front -free street parking.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful, they gave us directions to the center of town which was an easy 15 minute walk and has lots of shops, restaurants etc.
The area around the hotel is nice and there Is a cafe/bar/restaurant right next door as well as at the hotel.

Nice but huge Caveat
The most important thing to know is that parking a car is extraordinarily difficult at this hotel as it is street level punlic parking. And the hotel charges 70 euros per night for parking in their garage!! Big thumbs down despite the overall decent quality of the hotel.
