Hotel is very nice. Location is great: 300 m to Arts &Science city, 800m to Faller museum. Malvarossa beach is 25 minutes by bus, old city center is about 15 minutes by bus. Single room was small but comfy. Beds are extremely comfy. The only negative point- there was no fridge in my room
