"Room was upgraded on arrival which was very nice as we had a beautiful view. Room was very clean and modern too."

"Terrible customer service they don’t welcome with a smile or anything to feel welcome; didn’t even suggest anything to us or at least help us with some of our luggage.There was even a blackout & we tried to call reception and no one answered . There were so much noise at night that it was hard to sleep. Breakfast didn’t taste good.Scrambled eggs watery and bacon sausage tasted bad. We tried to eat the bacon but was hard to chew.The only thing we ate were fruits.For the price we paid for 3 days it was not worth it. When we tried to bring water to our room they stopped us from the breakfast room and told us to bring it back . "

"The WiFi was not very good and I had quite a lot of trouble staying connected. Gym and pool could do with being expanded and updated, the area around them could be more attractive. I think as well having a proper bar instead of some seats in the hallway would make it much more popular with guests"
