1 star for clean bedding. 0 stars for anything else. - empty beer can on fire extinguisher - dead spiders in bathtub - surfaces (table, tv remote, etc.) not clean - black stains around edge of bathroom floor - no curtains on window, just cheap blinds - entire building unsafe - you can see the floor slanting to one side - live-in staff bbq'ing and chatting outside the room past 9pm

The location is great. I have a dog and taking her out for walks was no problem. The motel is close to several restaurants so we had choices. The rooms are very quiet, no noise coming from the other rooms.

Good room

Room was ok and even though it was cold when we arrived, the heater worked really fast. Shower pressure was not good. Bed was comfortable enough. We had a kitchen, but everything in town closed so early, there was nowhere to buy food from.

The owner was absolutely fantastic. HOWEVER, Expedia had booked me a room that was NOT available. The owner said she had blacked out the dates................. Expedia said there was ONE room available. The owner had to juggle seriously, and we got a room. I am NOT impressed with Expedia at this point - the poor lady had THREE others she had to re-room elsewhere, as Expedia showed there were rooms available, where there clearly were not. VERY impressed with Bell Mountain Hotel. NOT so with Expedia (particularly as I had pre-paid, so you would get your money anyway). I will be seriously looking at taking my business elsewhere.

Older motel in good condition. Room was huge compared to most motels and the sink was outside the bathroom, also had a small kitchen area. Generally very clean, including the floor. Quiet location but easy to find. Good value.

This property is definitely aged, but that is also reflected in the price, so it is good value for the money. One interesting thing about this motel is that they have firewood and a pit to burn it in. We used it to cook smokies the evening we spent there.
