"Excellent séjour d’une demeure de charme. Proximité de la gare pratique pour partir à la découverte de Florence. L’hôtel est à 5 minutes à pied du centre, ce qui est très pratique. Nous avons apprécié le vaste parking fermé. "

"Ideal location for walking to seemingly all major tourist sites, restaurants and shopping. Nice, comfortable bedroom with high ceiling and tasteful nude paintings. Very helpful desk concierge. Careful scheduling airport pickup as scheduling seemed to triple price of simply calling a cab for a 15 minute wait. "

"No problems getting into the property - good communication from the property in advance and responsive to enquiries. Room was well equipped- kettle and fridge, hairdryer, small safe in the roomy wardrobe and room for my case to stand around. TV (no English stations). WiFi . We're all a bit used to fancier bathrooms in even cheap hotel chains and the shower stall in the room could do with a refresh but it was all clean and the shower was good and hot and worked well. It was a room at the front...
