"We had an absolutely amazing stay at the hotel. The receptionist, the management and all the staff were excellent and provided us with a very good service. Were very welcoming and all the staff were so helpful and and always with a smile. Couldn’t fault anything. We will definitely book our holiday at this hotel. Highly recommend it.

"Our family had a fantastic time at Zuri White Sands. The gardens of the facility are among the most well kept and serene I have ever seen. The pool areas are lovely and clean. Breakfast was good with an excellent selection, although with a bit noisy acoustics. The pan-Asian restaurant is also we’ll worth a visit, with warm and welcoming atmosphere, excellent food and very attentive staff.

From the moment I checked in until I checked out I felt at home. The staff are helpful and pleasant always with a smile on their faces and they really care about their guests. Anita at the front desk was great!

Clean bathrooms and toilets, comfortable bed (which was much needed)—was a relaxing stay! Everything was taken care of. "Lovely staff and a nice pool but some communication issues between the morning staff and the cleaning team - had to ask several times for clean towels and bedding as they kept putting the originals back dirty, eventually ended up speaking ti the owner who fixed it promptly. A shame it came to that as otherwise the staff were exceptional, even helping us sort a 6am taxi for our last day at a reasonable price. The Bengali speaking staff were exceptionally helpful. "The back of the property is full of rats. The room itself is VERY tired and needs refurbishing, curtains fall down everytime thier pulled. AC doesn't cool, TV wires and and control box just hanging loose. We asked if we could move room which was agreed, so we moved only to be told the room was now booked. We decided to leave rather than stay in the same room for another night. Plus side there is a pool."
