"This is an older property. There are maintenance issues needing addressing; water leaking from shower, frayed Towels, ripped Sheets. All are easily addressed. The Staff are friendly & efficient. The Rate is very reasonable. I’m happy to stay again."

"This is a really nice relaxing place with big rooms and well back from the street so protected from the noise. Nice swimming pool and gym. It is a 10-minute drive to the old city and restaurants so a bit inconvenient. The breakfast was ordinary, with instant coffee, which is pretty low class."

"Stopped in here as part of a big motorcycle trip around Thailand. A little bit off the main road and away from the shopping area so its a good place to stay if you have your own vehicle. Super clean and friendly staff. Recommend "

The entire family is welcoming and so focused on making the stay not just enjoyable, but memorable. The best meals we had in Phrae came from the Homestay. I wish we had more time to sample more of the amazing food. This is, by far, the greatest Homestay out there!
