Amazing Facility

The room I booked was super spacious with great atmosphere. I also enjoyed delicious breakfast buffet, and the location is great that there are two Family Mart stores that are so close in this area. I will definitely come back here; I tried a few other nearby hotels in the past, but rooms were not that spacious.

受付の方がとても丁寧、親切で駐車場の場所もわかりやすく、本当に気分良く滞在させていただけました！ 部屋からは宇都宮駅が一望でき、新幹線も見えて子ども達も大満足でした！ 隣の部屋の方がとても騒がしかったので、声がかなり響くのかな…と思いましたがホテルなので仕方ないし許容範囲内です。 が、明け方からずっと隣の部屋のノック音？みたいなのが続いててしっかり眠れなかったです。。。子ども達はぐっすりでした！ ホテルに対してはなんの不満もなく、本当に素敵なホテルでこんなにリーズナブルで受付の方の対応が素晴らしかったので、また利用したいと思います！ ありがとうございました。

当日の夜急遽ホテルに泊まることになったのですが、必要なアメニティは全て揃っていて、パジャマの貸し出しもあり、別途個人で買い出しをする必要なく至れり尽くせりで大変助かりました。枕も２種類あって選ぶこともできたのも嬉しかったです。大変お世話になりました！
