Good property and located near amenities. 20 mins drive from Zaragoza. The rooms are ok with basic facilities. No water or tea in rooms. Sauna was ok and gym was very basic.

Brief stopover
We had a brief stopover at this nice hotel. Excellent service at check in and good service in the restaurant. We were upgraded to a suite which was large, very clean but a bit soulless. Sadly, the bed, although large, was so hard it was like sleeping on a bench.

This is a 4 star business hotel. Very reasonable prices as it was out of season (August). Great place for a stopover.

Been here before and found the hotel excellent. As a wheelchair using couple we had no problems. Evening meal was good and good value.

A good hotel
Was quite surprised by hotel. We were expecting a hotel in a much more rural setting but this wasnt a problem. The hotel was extremely convenient for the motorway and we were traving from the Santander ferry to the Costa Brava and needed an overnight stop. The hotel was modern , very clean and we had a very pleasant room. The staff were friendly and spoke reasonable English. We had an evening meal, a set menu of 2 courses for 11.75 euros including a glass of wine, water and bread, this was very good and well presented. Breakfast was various prices but we paid 4 euros for orange juice , coffee, toast or croissants jam etc. If we do this journey again would definitely stay here

No food or drink facilities on a Sunday.
The Hotel was very nice inside and the staff were very helpful. The downside to the hotel was that we arrived on an early Sunday afternoon and there is no bar or restaurant open on a Sunday. This was most annoying as we had drove a long way and could not even get a coffee. Nice Hotel great staff just needs to have a Sunday service for guests.

Day out exploring Utebo
We've stayed here before several times en route to Santander or the Costa Blanca and we like the hotel very much. We stayed two days this visit with the intention of going to Zaragoza but it was too hot there - over 40 degrees forecast. However, we had lovely day walking (with wheelchair) round Utebo instead - it wasn't quite so hot there. Hotel meets our main requirements of parking and wheelchair accessibility and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The price is very reasonable also.

The room was above the main entrance doors which could be heard opening and closing in the room at all times. This spoilt what could have been a rearly good experience. Also, the bar opened at the same time as the restaurant, 2030 hrs, meaning it was not possible to get a pre-dinner drinks whilst waiting for a meal.

Just the job
We did a Sunday night stay and for an overnight it was perfect. A 4 star property at a 2 star cost just because it is in the town before Zaragoza and in a business area. The reception staff were superb and the €15 menu of the day including wine and water was equal to any superior 5 star hotel I have stayed at it has to be one of the best value for money meals I have ever had. It is unusual that it still has smoking rooms for those who can't kick the habit but best avoided if you have. Just about perfect for an overnight en route for Spain.

I lovely, welcoming and professionally run hotel
The hotel reception staff, waitresses in the restaurant and all involved in our stay were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. A great stay at a great hotel, offering superb service and value for money.

Great stay yet again. Unfortunately the service door by the first floor lift made a terrible squeak when opened and disturbed our sleep when used. But overall a great stay on the way across Spain.

Halfway happiness
Booked here after reading the reviews as we were unable to get in our usual halfway stop. We were not disappointed and will come again and stay for longer to explore Utebo and take the bus into Zaragoza. As wheelchair users the hotel access was ideal as was the parking. Meal in the restaurant was good and the light breakfast suits us when travelling. Excellent!

Great hotel, we were very happy with the lunch menu which was reduced 3 € for guests. the parking also very good price, and secure. will definitely use this hotel again, very good for breaking journey to the ferry ports.

A 1 night stopover on our way to Santander from Alicante. Found our way easily with the help of the sat nav. Excellent dinner in the restaurant, would have liked to have a facility for pre dinner drinks before the restaurant opened at 9pm but found a friendly bar in the near vicinity.

Great location
We stayed overnight on our trip from Benidorm to Bilbao and it was ideally located being nicely off the motorway but not a detour away from our route. The town/area was disappointingly suburban but as we only needed an overnight stay, this was not an issue for us. There is an u/g car park available at a very reasonable rate to keep your car safe. We took dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed the 3 course set menu which included wine, water and bread at a very reasonable rate. The hotel is reletively new and is in good condition throughout. We would stay at this hotel when next in the area

On the outskirts of Zaragoza
It was a short ride into Zaragoza from the hotel. Very quite local, parking was easy to find. Their restaurant was excellent!

Excellent Value and Great Food
We stayed at this hotel en route from Santander to the Costa Blanca. It's perfectly located near to the motorway although it is in a very commercial area. The room was excellent - designer bathroom, minibar, free wi-fi and spotlessly clean. There is underground parking for a very small charge. The car park is quite tricky to get in and out of and the electric gates started closing as we were halfway through so beware! The 3 course evening meal in the hotel was very good and excellent value. The breakfast was superb and was really cheap. There was bacon, boiled eggs, sausages, fresh fruit, juices, cereals, toast, pastries, breads, yoghurt, cheese, ham, home made tortilla and probably things I've forgotten. All the staff were helpful and friendly and spoke good English. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for breaking up a long drive
We stayed a night to break up the drive from Picos de Europa to Barcelona Airport and to this end the hotel was perfect. Decently close to the highway in a quiet neighborhood. Good standard, clean room and very friendly staff. The restaurant were extremely good value and the service was great. The breakfast was also very good and there were no problems getting it served an hour early.

El personal excelente, la limpieza bien pero nos encontramos con el pote de amenites de crema corporal estaba utilizado y casi vacio, una lastima porque el hotel es excelente y eso da un poco de mala sensación, la habitación en la que estabamos esta un poco de mal aislada, nos llovio toda la noche y no paro de hacer ruido una chapa q estaba afuera de la habitación.
