"The hotel was beautiful and the room was spacious. My only complaint is the AC. It was 94 degrees outside and our AC did not work well. The room was really hot."

"Beautiful old grand dame hotel. Nicely done, General Manager was charming, attentive and made the rounds. Concierge needs more training. Not knowledgeable in different types of restaurants or museums. The GM told us about the Chillida outdoor museum. Terrific!!"

"Cuarta vez que nos alojamos aquí. Nunca falla. Además el desayuno es exquisito. El hotel está rodeado de verde así que cenar, desayunar o tomarse un txakolí mirando los árboles es precioso"

"This is a bare bones apart-hotel in the heart of San Sebastián. You can’t beat the location and we walked all over the city from the hotel there is a bakery downstairs and many good restaurants all within a stones throw .
