The room upon arrival was very dirty, a very bad smell from the toilet, dirty walls, dirty TV, dirty mirror, the problem was reported, but additional cleaning did not help. At the end of the stay, the curtain guide fell off.

Unterkunft war bis zum 30.06.25 sehr gut. Ab den 30.06.25 hat sich das Hotel in einer Jugendherberge verwandelt. Sehr laut. Jugendliche die weit über 24 Uhr über die Gänge liefen und mit den Türen knallten.

In der Zeit unseres Aufenthalts waren mehrere Fußball Mannschaften im hotel. Es war sehr laut. Zimmer wurden nur selten gereinigt. Betten gerade gezogen das wars. Frühstück kein frisches obst. Rezeption sprachen sie nur polnisch. Einmal hatten wir glück und eine dame sprach deutsch englisch. Vier Sterne finde ich nicht angemessen.

Aufenthalt eigentlich ganz gut, bis auf das 2 Tage an der Rezeption niemand deutsch sprach und der Zimmerservice hat nur Handtücher gewechselt, keine Tassen oder Gläser gereinigt, es gab auch keinen Lappen oder Trockentücher , das man es hätte selbermachen können. Auch gab es nicht einen deutschen Sender im Fernsehen zum einschlafen. Das gibt Minuspunkte, ansonsten können wir uns nicht beschweren.
