"On arrival I attempted to check in, although slightly prior to 3 pm, The staff advised the unit was still being cleaned and would contact me via my mobile once it is available. I left waited until 3pm as I had not had any contact went back to the office to attempt to get into the accomodation as per the contract I was supposed to be allowed as of 3pm. "Great little motel to stay if you have a dog. Lovely place and nice people."

"Good stopover point between Sydney and Gold Coast. We stayed in a pet friendly family room. Enough space for all of us to spend the night and appreciated the dog bowl for water. Parking was convenient and good - located just outside room. Room was kept relatively clean. Close to the river so a nice stroll can be had in morning and some good cafes nearby."

"The bed was fantastic. Honestly one of the best we slept in during our 5 weeks travelling the east coast. I was surprised to see the office was closed when we arrived (20 minutes before they were scheduled too and on a Saturday). I never saw it nor the bistro open for the two nights we were there. But that’s the only real “complaint” I have about the motel. The room was clean, the bathroom looked great and, as I said, the bed was wonderfully comfy. I would stay there again in a heart beat."
