"This is a great option for independent-minded travelers who want something clean and spacious near the university. There is not much in the way of front desk staff but they communicated smoothly about check in and check out. There is an excellent bakery downstairs on the premises. The kitchen is stocked with basic pots, pans, utensils, etc. Tons of space. There is a bit of street noise as the property is at a busy intersection, so bring your earplugs just in case. Overall, good value."

"During UIUC move-in week or graduation, you're not going to have many choices. Most hotels are fully booked and prices skyrocket. This one was available, and at a good price. So don't expect the world and complain. Yes the areas around the property was not landscaped, room was outdated, mattress needed replacing, towels had stains, sheets had holes, one small bar of soap given, room service unreachable, one front desk staff attending to irate customers who booked through hotel's website being...

"We moved this hotel Comfort Suites after one night from the hotel next door named Wyndham Garden due to horrible experience there(dirty, messy, bad management , room 90 degree but ac failed…), this one is totally different, clean, quiet, big room like 5-star hotel, especially manager, owner and staff so friendly and working hard to maintain great environment, we love it so much, definitely we will come back to book this one next time again"
