At the same time as I was checking in late, I saw Front Desk helping out another hotel customer who was a late check in due unexpected flight delay - they went out of their way to be helpful and supportive of the late arrival, and should be commended for that support"

"This is a lovely little hotel, it has charm, was very clean. It had all the needs covered. Close to a pub if needed. We extended for another night, and it was no problem. Also, a really nice continental breakfast was unexpected. Loved it."
