"Our room was spacious and comfortable. It was cleaned everyday and the amenities were generous. Location was perfect, across the road from the train station and plenty of shopping areas. Can be quite noisy but the rooms were soundproofed and air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast was plenty and varied. The restaurant downstairs was very nice, the meals were delicious. Even enjoyed room service. Staff polite and all spoke English quite well."

"Hotel is convenient to public transportation and the Old Town shopping. Staff were very nice. The room was larger than expected with a super comfortable bed. The only drawback to this hotel is also its advantage. It’s located close to the Central train station but also has the problems associated with a bit of dodgy people hanging about. I never felt unsafe but as a single woman traveling for business I also would not wander around late at night by myself."

"When we had a problem with our tv and sink, they moved us to another room. They solved that problem quickly, which we appreciated. To reach the front desk was difficult. No phone in the room and a robotic app answered the phone but couldn’t help with anything. That was very annoying. The location was good. The rooms were super quiet. Breakfast was good. Get rid of the robot app and all will be well."
